ACTIONS Analgesic, anti-oxidant, antiseptic, aphrodisiac, bactericidal, expectorant, laxative, rubefacient (hot), stimulant and tonic.


INDICATIONS A powerful antiemetic, arthritis, fatigue, muscle pain, poor circulation, rheumatism, sprains, strains, coughs, sinusitis, sore throat, sluggish digestion, constipation, loss of appetite, nausea, travel sickness. colds, flu, debility, Nervous exhaustion & bronchitis.

Sandalwood, Vetivert, Patchouli, Frankincense, Rosewood, Cedarwood, Rose, Lime, Neroli, Orange and other citrus oils.

REMARKS

Ginger has been used as a spice for than twenty five centuries, and is quite unique as a root spice, where most other spices are grown above ground. Majour producing countries are China, Kenya, India, Taiwan, Nigeria and Jamaica.

Native to southern Asia, has been used as a spice and as a remedy for thousands of years. Current in the British Herbal Pharmacopoeia for flatulent intestinal colic. The oil is distilled from the root.
